Orders & Fulfillment
Original artworks have a 1-week fulfillment window before they ship. This is the time I take to carefully pack your piece by hand. You'll receive a tracking number once it's on its way.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. I'll do my best to help, but can't guarantee changes once packing has begun.
Shipping
If you've ordered both a print and an original, you may notice two separate shipping charges. All prints are produced on demand and ship directly from the print facility — a completely different location than where original works are packed and shipped from. Because of this, each item carries its own shipping cost.
International orders are welcome! Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply in their country.
Return policy
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing — I'm always happy to answer questions before you buy!
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging, and I will do my best to make it right.
